Body Type: Lean 
 - luminescent skin on hands and feet, bulbous spots, dreads, whiskers and freckles. inner flesh (mouths, ears, nostrils) is also entirely a glowing blue.
 - freckles on limbs can pulsate and ripple in intricate patterns. other luminescent areas can dim or brighten at will. they're quite the light show!

pps this design's colours are based off of the lights here in my neighborhood in Richmond, VA. A house down the streets especially inspired the dreadlocks with a ton of red rope LEDs. We go all out with the tacky here.
